Chill’esperienzA (a trivial joke between the word from Neapolitan dialect “Chill” -which means “That”- and “The site that “killed” CinesperienzA”) is a photoblog which was born of the ashes of a dead old movie reviews site, or better of its forum. This site is administered by me, who is fede, with the constant and precious involvement of leonj; anyway, participation is open and appreciated by anyone who would like to give us a hand in raising our “collection”.

Chill’esperienzA collects, in 4 categories, pictures taken by the web or screenshots of movies (a lot taken by ourselves) about these topics:

1) CATS-I NOSTRI (OUR OWN (CAT)SHIT): our own screenshots of one or more cats acting or passing through in the movie we watch.

2) GATTI NEL CINEMA (CATS IN CINEMA): as the title says, in this category we collect pictures of cats that show up in more or less famous movies, movie posters, pictures of actor and actress with a cat…in short every picture that testify the movie presence of my beloved pets in the golden world of cinema.

3) LA CAMERA DEI REGISTI (DIRECTOR’S CAMERA): in this category we collect pictures of directors with their main tool, a motion picture camera or a camcorder. We are aware that there’s the important role of camera operator, but the “rule” of this category is that both the director and “his” tool are in the same picture.

4) CAPELLO CORTO RULEZ! (SHORT HAIR RULES!): this category was born by an innocent 😉 personal fetishism, towards short haired girls/woman…so it was only natural to start collecting some pictures of short haired actresses who played or make an appearance with their hair (sometimes very) short.

The fifth category, KOREAN DECADENCE, which I keep open to visitors comments, refers to my weighted passion, discovered some years ago, for South Korean cinema, making a pair with my much older passion for Japanese cinema. In this category, as a sort of reminder for the future me, I publish the movie posters of the korean movie I’ve seen, with a lapidary score (from 1 to 4 stars). Sorry, no reviews here…but you can comment the movie itself.

This site is non profit, it has not and will never had any single ad and it’s the result of the passion for cinema by their authors, nothing else. It contains pictures available on the web as well as “original” pictures taken by us: everyone is absolutely free to use them as we have done with them, except for blackmailing or send me in prison.
